This thread will serve as both a place for current NU Council Information as well as a History for past bans that take place over the course of SV NU.

How Tiering is Run:
At the beginning of the NU beta phase, the NU council will partake in multiple voting slates on Pokemon deemed as potential issues. Once the tier has adjusted to these changes, the banned Pokemon from these voting slates will be discussed within the NU Council, and any Pokemon deemed worthy of being further investigated will be given a public suspect test. From this point onward, all tiering will undergo public suspect tests, where the Pokemon chosen are determined by the tier leaders and council, as well as from community input. The only exception to this rule is when the NU Council votes on Pokemon that have been introduced into the tier via tier-shifts and are deserving of swift observation and action.
